Superfood Green Love

Here’s today’s post-Broga smoothie – for 2nd breakfast.  Put everything in a blender (I use a Vitamix) in the following order and blend until smooth.

2 Cups water
3 big leaves of dino kale
big handful of collard florets (a bit of spice is quite nice)
small handful of parsley
10 or so sunflower sprouts
4 inch chunk of cucumber
1 honeycrisp apple
5 baby carrots
1/2 tsp of maca powder
2 tbs of chia seeds
